Leading with Gratitude – Employee Appreciation & Spirit Week 2025 at Windsor Point, a CCRC in the NC Triangle
At Windsor Point, care isn’t just what we do—it’s at the heart of who we are. This past week, Sharon and the Windsor Point management team went above and beyond to show their appreciation for the dedicated team that makes Windsor Point such a warm, welcoming community. When leadership leads with gratitude, it creates a ripple effect: happy employees, happy residents, and a place that truly feels like home.
Employee Appreciation and Spirit Week was not only a celebration of our staff, but a reflection of the values that define Windsor Point. The management team’s personal efforts to treat and surprise our team are a testament to how much they care about the people who work here—and, by extension, the residents they serve.
The Daily Celebration
Throughout the week of July 21–25, our staff enjoyed special treats and themed dress-up days that brought energy, laughter, and connection across the community. Each day offered something new:
- Monday: “Slice, Slice Baby” – A pizza party to kick off the week.
- Tuesday: “Chillin’ with Our Crew” – Snow cones for a refreshing summer pick-me-up.
- Wednesday: “Grill & Gratitude” BBQ Buffet – A hearty meal to honor hard work.
- Thursday: “Chips & Snacks for Superstars” – Sweet and salty treats for all.
- Friday: “You’re the Cherry on Top” – Ice cream to wrap up the celebrations.
Each department also received “A Little Something Special”—a personal touch from leadership that showed how much every team member is valued.
