Tai Chi – Yang 24 Form – Part 1

A student asked me to record part of the Yang 24 Tai Chi Form that she is learning for practice.   This form is for those students who are improving balance, developing body coordination and expression, and a stepping stone to further understanding. 

For some students, this set is also a refuge from the chaos of the day.  It acts as a moving mindfulness exercise as well.

For the Windsor Point residents, this is what several of you have been working toward for 2 years. I am very proud of to get to work with you all.
