Celebrating Our Employees of the Year

At Windsor Point, our employees are the heart of our community. They are the people who make each day run smoothly, care for our residents, support families, solve problems, and help create the warm and welcoming environment that makes Windsor Point feel like home.

This year, we are taking time to recognize team members who have stood out in their departments through their dedication and service. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that these employees were chosen by their peers. Their coworkers, the people who see their efforts firsthand, selected them for the positive impact they make every day.

We are proud to celebrate our Employees of the Year from across the Windsor Point community.

Our Employees of the Year are:

Shaneka Miller, Dietary, 20 years
Rickaia Ritchie, Waitstaff, 5 years
Chaymae Hemamouche, Regency Court, 8 months
Tashia “T” Evans, Royal Treatment, 18 years
Jill Merritt, Marketing/Business Office, 1 year
Jamia Harrington, Skilled Nursing, 7 years
Jessica Yeakey, Housekeeping, 6 years
Armando Diaz, Maintenance, 20 years
Kiara Brooks, Assisted Living, 8 months

Together, these employees represent an incredible range of service, experience, and commitment. Some have been part of Windsor Point for decades, while others have joined us more recently and already made a meaningful impression. Each one plays an important role in the life of our community.

Shaneka Miller and Armando Diaz have each served Windsor Point for 20 years. That kind of longevity speaks volumes. For two decades, they have been part of the daily life, growth, and history of Windsor Point. Their years of service represent loyalty, consistency, and a deep connection to this community.

Tashia “T” Evans has served in Royal Treatment for 18 years, bringing nearly two decades of experience to the residents and team members around her. Long-term employees like T help create the continuity and familiarity that mean so much in a senior living community.

Jamia Harrington has been part of Skilled Nursing for 7 years, and Jessica Yeakey has served in Housekeeping for 6 years. Their years of dedication reflect the steady commitment it takes to care for residents and support the needs of the community day after day.

Rickaia Ritchie has served on our Waitstaff for 5 years, helping make mealtimes and daily interactions an important part of the Windsor Point experience. In a community like ours, those everyday moments matter.

Jill Merritt has been with Marketing and the Business Office for 1 year, while Chaymae Hemamouche of Regency Court and Kiara Brooks of Assisted Living have each been with Windsor Point for 8 months. Though newer to the team, they have already made an impact and earned recognition in their departments.

That is one of the special things about Windsor Point. Dedication is not measured only in years. It is also seen in how someone shows up, how they serve others, and how they become part of the life of the community.

When employees are recognized by their peers, it says something important. It means their dedication has been noticed by the people who work beside them, rely on them, and understand the effort it takes to serve residents well.

When residents and families see familiar faces year after year, it builds trust. It brings comfort. It reminds everyone that Windsor Point is more than a workplace. It is a community made stronger by the people who give their time, energy, and heart to it.

To each of our Employees of the Year, thank you.

Thank you for your service, your commitment, and the many ways you help make Windsor Point a place our residents are proud to call home. We are grateful for the work you do and proud to celebrate you.

Congratulations to Shaneka, Rickaia, Chaymae, T, Jill, Jamia, Jessica, Armando, and Kiara.
